***Traffic Update for Ocean Center Graduation****

This year the City of Daytona Beach and the Daytona International Speedway will be hosting a Truck Meet Event within the city limits of Daytona Beach. This event is scheduled for June 1 -3, 2018 and is expected to bring several thousand visitors to our beaches. It is understood that this event also conflicts with several of the Volusia County School’s Graduations that are scheduled to be held at the Ocean Center.

The Daytona Beach Police Department is requesting school officials, parents, and participants to utilize the Main Street Bridge to assist in maintaining efficient traffic movement.

Please note that there will be no trucks allowed over the Main Street Bridge. The Daytona Beach Police Department will have officers posted on each side of the Main Street Bridge to monitor and prevent traffic congestion.

Parking for graduation is available at the Ocean Center and surrounding parking lots. Guest will pay $5.00 to park. Carpooling is HIGHLY recommended. All seniors and guests are asked to plan accordingly so that you arrive on time for Graduation.

Graduation ceremonies will be held for area high schools beginning May 31 and ending June 3. Admission will be $3 per person. Parking will be $5 for ceremonies held at the Daytona Beach Ocean Center. Tickets will be pre sold at each of the high schools. Below is a list of the district’s graduation ceremonies and information related to the graduating classes of 2018.
