How Do I find Out My Student’s Bus Information?

Monday, August 13 is the first day of school for our new school year. We want to help you get the information you need to allow for a safe start for your students. Every day, the dedicated employees of Student Transportation here in the Volusia County School District assist 25,000 students get from home, to their school and back again in a timely manner. Below please find four options you have as the parent or guardian to secure the information you desire.

The Four Options are;

1. Access your student’s parent portal You must have the authorized passcode. You can get this from your child’s school.

2. Your student’s school orientation or schedule pick up – many schools pass out the post card that provides the bus information.

3. Your student’s school can access bus information. Ask for the transportation contact.

4. Contact the Student Transportation office that serves your student’s school.

Please see the list with the names and email addresses of the transportation employees who serve specific schools. Please find the name of your student’s school and contact one of the persons via email (we suggest this due to the anticipated volume of inquiries at this time of year). They will respond with your desired information in the order they have received your request. In your email, please include your child’s school, your child’s proper name, aide code and a phone contact if we need to reach you in person.
