ACADEMY OF FINANCE – Gold Level Academy
The Academy of Finance prepares students with the analytical, mathematical, and verbal skills needed for careers in the fnance career cluster. In this Jump-Start Coalition program, students are trained for careers in banking, fnancial planning, accounting, and money management through a rigorous curriculum and suggested internships in the local fnancial community. Students also have the opportunity to work at the student-run school branch of Launch Federal Credit Union.

ACADEMY OF INFORMATION TECHNOLOGY AND ROBOTICS – Gold Level Academy
The Academy prepares students for tomorrow’s careers in the felds of information technology, computer programming, robotics, simulation, and game design. In this 4-year, school-within-a-school program, students are immersed in a project-based learning environment designed to integrate all academic and technology areas. The Academy has partnered with the Ford Motor Company Fund and their Next Generation Learning Network (NGL) curriculum to deliver a hands-on approach to learning with a multidisciplinary team of teachers exploring new ideas; working on real world projects; and inventing practical solutions in a technical world. Laptops are used as the primary education tool.

ADDITIONAL CAREER AND TECHNICAL EDUCATION OPPORTUNITIES
CTE programs prepare secondary students with technical, academic and employability skills for success in the workplace and in further education. CTE programs may provide post- secondary dual enrollment, industry certification and work-based learning opportunities. The School offers the following CTE programs: Accounting Applications; Applied Robotics; Computer Systems and Information Technology (CSIT); Culinary Arts; Digital Media/Multimedia Design; Digital Video Technology; Diversified Career Technology/On-the-Job Training; Game/Simulation/ Animation Programming; JAVA Development and Programming; .Net Applications Development and Programming; Promotional Enterprise; and Web Development.
