Local experts, hobbyists and professionals will share their passions
and offer instructions during more than 100 free programs at six
branches of the Volusia County Public Library system from 11 a.m. to 3
p.m. Saturday, May 4.
Attendees can learn everything from how to braid hair to how to publish
a book during the How-to Festival, an interactive community education
event. Technology classes will cover the library system’s databases
and downloadable materials.
