Join the community at the 17th Annual Halifax Health – Hospice 5K Run and Walk on Saturday, September 8, at Port Orange City Center! This is a very family friendly event. Kids 12 and under receive a free registration with each paid adult registration (1 per adult).
They will also have a Kiddie Fitness Zone which is completely free for children to participate in and they will receive a medal. The Chick Fil-A Cow and Mel from Mellow Mushroom will also be making an appearance at the event. To be guaranteed your shirt size, you must be registered by August 20.
Registration fees increase by $5 on August 25, so be sure and sign up soon! Online registration closes on September 5 at noon. Funds raised from this event directly support the Halifax Health – Hospice Family Caregiver program, which supports caregivers and patients in Volusia, Flagler, Orange and Osceola Counties.
