Halifax Health and the Volusia Flagler YMCA have introduced the new Healthy Living Center location in Holly Hill’s Sica Hall!
Halifax Health and the YMCA were invited by John Penny, the mayor, and Joe Forte, the city manager, to bring our programming within the HLCs to the Holly Hill Community. This will give the Holly Hill Community a free forum to learn more about living a healthy and well balanced life.
Healthy Living Centers are convenient, accessible community health resource for all. Staffed by health and wellness professionals from The YMCA and Halifax Health.
Halifax Health and The Volusia Flagler Family YMCA have partnered to provide the community with health education and screening opportunities. This unique offering will be presented through four Healthy Living Centers are also located in the DeLand Family YMCA, Four Townes Family YMCA (Deltona), Port Orange Family YMCA and Ormond Beach Family YMCA.
The Healthy Living Centers are open to all in the community.
The centers are EDUCATION based and offer classes, seminars, community outreach, health assessments and much more.

Classes and seminars will be held at the Holly Hill Sica Hall location every Monday at 12 noon and Thursdays at 6:00 pm starting August 6 in Sica Hall.
