The Hilton’s Daytona Beach Mother’s Day Brunch menu will include selections from the garden like a spring spinach salad topped with fresh fruit, marinated cucumber and red onion salad, antipasto display and more. Breakfast options include a build-your-own omelet station, French toast casserole, assorted muffins and fruit bar.
Special Mother’s’ Day brunch entrees include lemon herb rubbed game hen, crab stuffed with the local fresh catch, confit duck leg with blood orange gastrique and seasonal starches and vegetables. A carving station of New York steak strip, slow roasted orange glaze pork loin and spring lamb are also available. Plus, an extensive dessert station sure to please mom.
