The Futures Foundation for Volusia County Schools are in search of adults to mentor their Take Stock in Children students, particularly on the west side at the following high schools: University, Taylor, Pine Ridge, Deltona, and Deland.
Why should you be a mentor? Studies show many successful people credit one or more mentors who made a big difference in helping them achieve early success.
Screening and training provided, then you meet once a week at lunch during the school year with your student.
